The investor relations manager is responsible for effectively communicating financial and business-related information to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. the investor relations manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and building strong relationships and creating bonding confidence toward related external parties.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare earnings release, earnings presentations, press releases and other communication materials, industry events, roadshows, analyst meetings and presentations to analysts, investors, management and key stakeholders
- Serve as contact person for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely updates on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Design and implement tailored investor relations strategies and organize relation activities to align with clients' specific needs and objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to clients in overall aspects such as financial communications, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement
- Coordinating with the company’s corporate secretary team to ensure compliance on regulatory matters and prepare required document in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Prepare financial analysis reports and presentations to the Executives and identify business performance, directions, stakeholder concerns and competitor actions
- Prepare related party transaction reports quarterly
- Prepare management report IMR monthly
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or other related fields
- Relevant experience in investor relations or client management minimum 3-5 years
- Strong knowledge of Thai securities laws, SET regulations, and corporate governance practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
- Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
