GREEN INDUSTRY
A certification program established by Thailand’s Ministry of Industry for organizations that conduct business with environmental responsibility. It promotes the continuous improvement of production processes, environmental management, social responsibility, and sustainable development. The Green Industry certification consists of five levels:
- Level 1: Green Commitment – Establishes and communicates an environmental policy.
- Level 2: Green Activity – Implements environmental activities and action plans.
- Level 3: Green System – Operates a standardized environmental management system.
- Level 4: Green Culture – Fosters an environmental culture throughout the organization.
- Level 5: Green Network – Extends environmental collaboration across the entire supply chain.
