CONCRETE WALL

Enhance your wall’s aesthetic appeal with 4 easy steps

1. Surface Preparation
Clean the concrete surface to remove dust, oil, and laitance. Roughen smooth areas and pre-wet the surface to saturated surface-dry (SSD) condition.

2. Bond Bridging (if required)
Apply a bonding agent or comb a thin layer of tile adhesive onto the concrete surface to enhance adhesion before plastering.

3. Plaster Application
Apply the plaster in one or two layers with a trowel. Use screed guides to ensure level and uniform thickness. Compact thoroughly to eliminate voids.

4. Bring a Smooth, Aesthetic Appeal with Skim Coat
After the plaster sets, apply a thin skim coat (1–3 mm) to create a smooth, aesthetic surface ready for painting. Cure the surface properly to prevent cracking.
