Enhance your wall’s aesthetic appeal with 4 easy steps

1. Formwork & Surface Preparation
Install stable, well-aligned formwork to define the wall profile. Clean and moisten the base and adjoining surfaces to ensure proper bonding (SSD condition).

2. Mortar Preparation
Prepare the ready-to-use mortar by adding clean water according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Mix thoroughly until a smooth, workable consistency is achieved for casting.

3. Mortar Placement, Stripping & Curing
Pump mortar into formwork in layers, compacting to remove air pockets and ensure even fill. Remove formwork per manufacturer’s guidelines. Finish surface as needed. Cure immediately by keeping moist for at least 7 days to ensure durability and prevent cracking.

4. Bring a Smooth, Aesthetic Appeal with Skim Coat
Apply a thin skim coat over the plaster. Finish with a steel trowel for a smooth, paint-ready surface.
